Shipping policy

Domestic orders will ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 8:00 AM PST, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next available business day. Millennium Health Store does not ship on weekends. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have delays.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. Millennium Health Store can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly. We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect address.  Shipping Addresses cannot be changed once dispatched to the courier.

If you are shipping to APO/FPO, we recommend using a forwarding address to ensure USPS routes your package correctly.

Southern California Orders

Orders shipped via UPS Ground, and placed before 8AM PST, Monday – Friday can typically arrive the next day (excluding Sunday and Holidays).

USPS Priority can take longer than expected.

International Orders

Millennium Health Store ships from California, USA. Please be advised that we cannot give you a 100%-guarantee that anything you order will pass through your country's customs and arrive safely at your home.  Therefore, we recommend that you find out what your Country's position is relative to products for personal use and not resale. Additionally, you may have to pay import duties and/or taxes based upon your customs department guidelines. We are currently not able to ship to countries other than those indicated below.

Australia

We are working on enabling shipments to Australia.  

Canada

Natural Health Products (NHP) are regulated by Health Canada under the authority of the Food and Drugs Act and the Natural Health Product Regulations.

Individuals are permitted to import a single course of treatment or a 90-day supply based on the directions for use, whichever is less, of an NHP. The NHP must be for the individual's own personal use or for the use of a person for whom they are responsible and with whom they are travelling.

The NHP must be shipped/carried in one of the following:

  • Hospital or pharmacy dispensed packaging;
  • Original retail packaging; or
  • Have the original label affixed to it which clearly indicates what the health product is and what it contains.

The following products CANNOT be shipped to Canada:

  1. DHEA
  2. Pregnenolone
  3. Dynatropin

Orders ship to Canada via DHL International with final delivery and customs/duty collection by Canada Post.  Deliverys can take up to 10 business days or longer.

United Kingdom

Orders ship via DHL International with final delivery by Yodel.  DHL will contact you regarding customs and duty payment.

Additional Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in purchasing and reselling products, including compliance with the requirements of Prop 65 for any sales to patients in California (e.g., “Not California” products may not be sold to patients in California).
