In the late 1990’s, medical/agricultural studies suggested that in areas where crops were grown in Chromium deficient soil, there were larger numbers of diabetics. Chromium is now called the Insulin Tolerance Factor (ITF) and supports cellular function in regards to insulin. Additional benefit is the lowering of NFkB the genetic trigger for inflammation.
