This dosing is recommended for women with low to low-normal levels of DHEA-s. This is the precursor to all the hormones from Testosterone and downstream. It is found to benefit; wound healing, anti-inflammation, protection against Ischemic Heart Disease, increase myelin production, increase growth hormone, decrease depression, and drops IL-6 (cause for foggy brain when you have a cold – a Cytokine).  Standard dosing should be confirmed by your healthcare provider at 15mg after dinner.
