Millennium's 28-point Biomarker Panel (Read Description)

There are 4 programs available to obtain the Millenniums Biomarker Panel:

1: Millennium 28-point Biomarker panel Only. - You will receive a copy of the lab report.  There is no review with a healthcare provider included. 

2: Millennium 28-point Biomarker panel with consultation.  You will have a 60-minute video conference call with our healthcare provider to review your lab result and discuss suggested treatment.  You will get a 12-page report and a Patient Handbook.  

3: Millennium 28-point Biomarker panel, Chem panel with CBC.  - You will receive a copy of the lab report.  There is no review with a healthcare provider included. 

4: Millennium 28-point Biomarker, Chem panel and CBC with consultation. - You will have a 60-minute video conference call with our healthcare provider to review your lab results and discuss suggested treatment.  You will get a 12-page report and a Patient Handbook.  

When you order this Service, you will be sent a separate email containing instructions and a Medical History form.  Once you return the form, a blood draw kit will be sent to you, and a phlebotomist will call to set up an in-home or in-office blood draw.  

Once the labs are completed, a copy of the results will be sent to you.  Thereafter, you may purchase a 60-minute consultation with Dr. Gordon to review the results with recommendations for correcting any issues.  IMPORTANT: This does not constitute a Patient-Physican relationship, and we cannot provide any prescriptions.  Your initial documents do explain these issues and how to address them. Please read the documents!
